Worst kind of DRM

I have no issue with in-app purchases. This is legit. Whats fishy, is the need to always on internet connection. What if the vendor server stops working a year from now? two years from now? what if you want to use the app in a location with no internet connection?

Sorry, you just spent some money nobodys going to refund.

Also - wheres the privacy policy for images uploaded to the vendor server? (ALL images are uploaded for processing).
