Does not work on Mac 10.8.5 I MAc or MacBook Pro

Supposed to be compatible with Mac OS 10.8 or higher. Apparently not as after I install it, I am informed it does not work with my OS. I have tried emailing them and have gotten no response.

I have piles of pictures on my actual computer, way more than my mobile device. I am not interested in using this on a mobile device.
